WHAT AN ARCHITECT CAN DO FOR YOU

An architect doesn’t just have to be for huge budgets and huge houses. An architect can be an ally in achieving your dream while getting the most for your money. The creativity and insight that an experienced architect has to offer can help you accomplish more with less space, less waste/construction, and less money, An architect can also be the difference between a house that is “perfectly fine” and one that is “perfect”.

Whatever your project, my design process always starts with options… the most economical option I can find (read: cheapest, least invasive, smallest footprint, etc) that will still meet all of your needs and the best possible option (read: your “money doesn’t matter” option). Sometimes those will actually be the same thing. Sometimes your budget is big enough to allow you to choose the either. Whatever you decide, this lets you evaluate your options and decide for yourself where your priorities are.

Most importantly, whatever you decide, the rest of the design process is where I help with all of the smaller details that turn that choice into your dream kitchen, bathroom, addition, remodel, ADU, or forever home.
